This place is awesome! Great location, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Very clean with a well-equipped kitchen. Lots of thoughtful little perks, like the Nespresso machines/supplies and smore fixins’. The host was very timely and thoughtful with her communications. I highly recommend this place!

Our family of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids ages 2-7) had an amazing stay at Karen’s penthouse condo. It was even better than we imagined! The 3 separate, but still together, rooms were perfect for our family. The views were incredible and it was drivable to so many fun spots! Agate hunting right outside the condo building (while a bit rocky to get to the shoreline) was where we found the best and biggest agates! The kids LOVED the swimming pool and the indoor outdoor hot tub was so nice (go at sunset, the views are so great!). Karen was also so helpful, responsive and friendly! It was the perfect getaway! Can’t wait to be back!

Our stay at Karen’s condo was wonderful. The view was stunning with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Such peaceful surroundings. The condo was so spacious for our group. Comfy beds and everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals. Loved the Nespresso machines and the s’mores makings was a “sweet” surprise. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub/sauna immensely. The location was great and conveniently close to the activities we wanted to do. Karen was a great host, so kind, accommodating, and quick to reply with any of our needs.

What a beautiful weekend. That wouldn’t have been possible without this wonderful place and Karen’s hospitality. We were welcomed with a little welcoming gift which the kids absolutely loved. So thoughtful. The view was gorgeous. We spent a lot of time in the living room playing games and making memories. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect. The house was clean and the best part is the halls and place was quiet. Most of the time there we never heard anyone. The pool was set up perfect for kids and adults and was never overly crowded. Karen was beyond amazing with communication. Any questions that happened to arise she was quick to answer and come up with a solution. This place is definitely a 10/10!

This place is amazing! It’s wayyy bigger than you think! The kids room is huge! Bunk beds…. queen bunk beds! Easily slept our 3 kiddos! And could easily sleep 4 grown up children. And the arcade game was a hit! The balcony was my fave! And the nespresso machine! Soooo good! I’m excited to go back in the winter and enjoy the fire place in the room, as well as the HUGE whirlpool bath tubs, the community sauna and indoor/outdoor hot tub! We will be back!! 10/10 for a north shore adventure.

We stayed in the penthouse and absolutely loved it! Both main bedrooms have fireplaces and a large jacuzzi bathtub — so cozy and relaxing. The property also has a pool, outdoor hot tub, and sauna. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy your stay!

We always look forward to our tris to the North Shore. Karen’s place was the perfect home away from home to visit the beautiful shore and host family. Looking forward to our next trip.

We had such a wonderful stay at Karen’s place! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and at home. The space was spotless, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made our stay extra enjoyable. Karen was easy to communicate with, kind, and thoughtful — she really goes above and beyond as a host. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!
